​Lee was educated in Wyoming, attending and graduating from the University of Wyoming.
His Real Estate sales beginning was in Laramie Wyoming, later moving to Washington State and becoming a broker in Washington, Oregon and Idaho, including being a motel broker in all three states!

Lee has purchased properties for resort developers in Washington, Oregon, California and Texas, as well as owned and operated motels in Washington and Oregon.

In April 2004, Lee founded Black Hills Real Estate in Deadwood, South Dakota and Wyoming Properties in Wyoming, which as part of Wyoming Properties, he assisted in the formation of the “Wyoming Club,” a resort project including “The Crown Development.”

In 2015, Lee joined as a broker at “The Wilderness Club” in Eureka, Montana and holds Wilderness Club Realty to this day.
